MBA Young Constructors Turns 10

The MBA Young Constructors has been assisting with the development of future construction industry leaders in the Pittsburgh region for a decade. Since 2002, many MBA members have benefited from the educational offerings and community service projects of the YC.

To celebrate their 10th anniversary, the YC will host a fun-filled afternoon for the entire family on August 11, starting at 11:00 a.m., at the Settlers Cabin Park. Along with a picnic, there will be games and contests for kids. For the adults, the highlight of this event will be a Corn-Hole Tournament, which is open to the first 32 teams – a team consists of two players. The tournament is open to the industry and will be another way for firms to achieve bragging rights over their industry competitors. Registration details on the event are coming soon, but in the meantime to save your spot in the Corn-Hole Tournament click here.

Also, the YC will spend a night at the ballpark with our NAIOP and AIA friends on the evening of Tuesday, July 24 as the Pirates take on the Cubs. Tickets are $25 per person, which includes a Pirates hat, a tailgate sponsored by Schneider Downs & Co. and the game, of course. You can register for this event by either calling the MBA (412-922-3912) or email. Checks are to be mailed to the MBA (631 Iron City Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205). If you would like an invoice please make that known when registering. Tickets will be distributed during the tailgate.
